Payment Methods

Order Processing

After payment confirmation, you'll receive an email with your order summary. Please review all details carefully - including sizing, colors, and shipping address - within 12 hours as we begin processing quickly. Due to our rapid inventory turnover, changes cannot be guaranteed after this window.

Inventory & Order Adjustments

As a weekly rotation brand, we reserve full rights to cancel orders if items become oversold or quality checks fail. In such cases, you'll receive immediate notification and full refund. We may also substitute items of equal or greater value if your selection becomes unavailable during processing.

Price Structure

All displayed prices are in USD and exclude applicable regional taxes/duties which will be calculated at checkout. Due to our dynamic pricing model, items may fluctuate between viewing cart and payment completion. We honor the price at time of successful payment authorization.

Shipping Policy

Orders typically process within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Global shipping then takes 7-15 business days via our logistics partners. You'll receive tracking once dispatched, but please allow 48 hours for tracking systems to update. Expedited shipping options are unavailable for our weekly collections.

Returns & Exchanges

Unworn items with original tags may be returned within 21 days of delivery for store credit only. Due to our rapid inventory cycles, exchanges are not permitted. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and refunds exclude original shipping fees. Final sale items are clearly marked and ineligible for returns.
